Thank you so much for your care and compassion when dealing with my pup. Shes such a nervous little dog, but you spent so much time putting her at ease. Which paid off in spades! Happy, beautifully groomed pup who wont be so nervous next time. We will be back and will be spreading the word about this fantastic groomer!

I took my poodle Cross for a full groom and it was a really sloppy job. Her lower legs and feet hadn't been done, mats still between her toes, hair on the bottom of her feet so long it covered her pads. Her nails hadn't even been cut! Drip hairs not trimmed, bum not shaved. It looked like the groomer just ran out of time and stopped half way through. I am appalled I paid 45 for such a service and I've since had to get someone else to finish the job. Such a shame as the groomer seemed lovely
