Was always happy with service, unfortunately now all change. New owner knows best, despite us going over what we wanted !! Won't listen and have now had 3 poor cuts, won't be back.

Usually get a text reminding me the day before that the dogs have an appointment, this has now been stopped because apparently its too expensive, " must still have a 1990 s phone contract". I chose this parlour because I am very forgetful or is it too busy, Long and Short of it , I missed my appointment rebooked for the next day, when I turned up they demanded that I pay 10 for each dog as a failure to attend my appointment the day before, I explained that I recieved no text , like I normally do, tha answer was thaat the new owner has changed her policy, I replied she should have informed customers of this, this was done by placjng a note on the desk, no good to me as I only visit once evey 2 months, she should have text, sorry too expensive, I get it. So I checked the website for terms and conditions, there are none. The groomers do a great job and are very pleasant, however I think the management needs to move into the 21 st century and realise that helping customers make appointments is far more benificial for business that punishing them for failing to attend. I even get a reminder letter from the NHS to remind me to attend appointment when they are comming up and my pharmacy texts me to tell me when my prescription is ready. Ohh a phone call from sainsburys tell in me my online shopping will be delivered in 15 mins. Customer service at its best. Probably will not be returning, because of policies not there grooming skills.

took my husky to have her nails clipped today. lovely staff and was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. I will be taking her back for a full groom in a few weeks time.

Take my (muddy puddle loving) Border Collie there once a month for a proper scrub and trim. He loves the cuddles and the pampering he gets and I'm dead chuffed with the service they provide. Always friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
