Ive been having personal training sessions with Emma for nearly a year now. Before we started, she asked my goals and then our workouts have evolved from there. She noticed areas where I struggled and built my program around strengthening them as well as working towards my goals. We have a good laugh alongside the hard workouts and Ive joined her training group for the Colchester half marathon which has been brilliant. She designed a training plan and created a WhatsApp group for us all to communicate our struggles and achievements while training. In addition, we also meet fortnightly to run our long runs as a group. Im so pleased I started training with Emma!

Emma has worked with a group with 7 children with various food habits. These sessions were really good, well thought out and delivered in a very professional understanding manner. The children received a lot out of it. I can highly recommend her.

From our first session, Emma showed a level of dedication and expertise that immediately put me at ease. Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition is impressive, and she took the time to understand my personal goals and create a tailored plan that was both challenging and achievable. Throughout our sessions, Emma pushed me to work hard while still being attentive to my limitations and making adjustments when necessary. She is always positive and encouraging, and I felt motivated to keep pushing myself to improve. I also appreciate her flexibility in working around my busy schedule and being available for questions and support outside of our scheduled sessions. Overall, I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking to improve their fitness and achieve their goals. Her passion and expertise are evident in everything they do, and I am grateful for the progress I have made.

THE STRANGER THAT CALLED WORKSHOP. INSPIRING!!! This course, to help support those and their loved ones with an eating disorder. The course took place over 4 weeks. My daughter was one of a of 7, there group catered for all ages, the common denominator was they were all on the the road or in the middle of recovery. would recommend this to anyone, parent, child or adult dealing/living with an eating disorder. Emma the co-ordinator was amazing, drawing on her own experiences. we came away feeling supported, but most of all we came away, with a better understanding. Most of all, you knew that you weren't alone in your recovery.
