UK Paving Supplies

Very unhappy with this company having order 2x packs of patio tiles and advised they would be delivered a week later I get a lorry turn up with one of the two packs and told rest will not be available until July - 3months later ! These will obviously not be from the same batch of natural stone so colours will vary ! So tried to get hold of uk paving supplies owner Simon Bardwell to see what he could do to resolve the missing pack and he refuses to answer my requests to call me to discuss and sort the situation . Totally unacceptable customer service and situation still to be resolved . Do not order from this company !

Excellent service from UKPS with Simon taking great hands-on care through every stage of my order including the price matching and ensuring pavers arrived quickly on time through constant contact with me and the delivery company. Happily recommend and will certainly use again

Good buying experience. Explained what I needed to Simon on Monday, and he managed to get the paving slabs delivered by Friday as promised! Prompt responses from him throughout. Would return as a customer.
