        Good service and friendly staff. The only criticism here is that I am entitled to free eye checkups but they charged me for one check which I never had to pay for in their Colchester branch. Would have been nice to be made aware of this before hand, lucky I brought my bank card

        Broke my glasses beyond repair while on holiday. They found me the same frame and fixed my specs - amazingly fast and super efficient. Lovely people and great customer service.
