Trying to make a appointment on phone i was directed to make it on line. On line i was directed to make it by phone. This needs to be sorted out people. I have always found that the level of care when there is very good, its just getting in!!

They do not answer phone calls, I needed to cancel an appointment, phoned twice last week and today, each time for over 20 mins with just an automated voice saying how important my call was. So now an appointment slot will be missed that could have been given to someone else that I won't be attending. Poor time management and lack of consideration to callers.
