        Never answer the phone or emails. over 3 weeks and still not looked at an application thats i have paid for. and when i manages to get a response the ladies reply was " well, the lady that deals with hasn't really been in alot lately." She didn't even try to help!

        where do we start well when we had our grass sprayed with weed killer by the council they did replace it we had to really fight to get this replaced now the bloke with his machine has done it again this council don't care are arrogant accused me of getting what I can regarding new grass they know we don't want the weeds sprayed near to our garden but still do it over all no help and do what they want including cutting trees near us in ireland road ruined and ignoring us when we have been through hell with neighbours making us ill certain staff are big head and sarcastic in environmental health and asb /tenancy services crap council un caring and rude
