The one problem I encountered here which I have not encountered at the new nursery is the condescending attitude by staff. The endless letters and notifications from staff to draw parent's attention to a multitude of sins became annoying. I appreciate that due to the controlled environment, parents must adhere to strict procedures, but I found this comprises with the relaxed environment that the nursery is trying to create. My daughter's new nursery are much more well-known, yet have a more relaxed attitude to their policies - yet parents still pay on time and do what they need to do with out the condescending attitude.
