Without a doubt the best mortgage advisor I have ever come across, Ben and the team are fantastic, so helpful, patient and knowledgeable ensuring you get the best deal for the short and long term. Bluebell Mortgages have helped with the purchase on my shared ownership, Rachel Scrivener & Clare White have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Wow! Absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend more highly! Ben filled me with confidence from our first interaction right through to the end. Calm, friendly, thoughtful, and professional - couldn't have asked for more! Amy and the team then continued the excellent customer service, giving regular and clear updates, and always came back to me quickly. I had quite a lot of questions, as this was new to me, but I never once felt embarrassed to ask a question. Will definitely be coming back when I need their services again. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who needs a broker. I wish every company was as good as this one!!
