        Excellent customer service. Courteous and professional stall. Supplied with endless cups of tea as we waited a few hours while the work was being done fitting a power hoist to our car.         My car went in to have an electric tailgate adaptation I highly recommend Ransomes mobility from start to finish it was easy and the staff were so kind and I felt they genuinely cared they did everything to help me nothing was to much trouble. Thankyou especially to Amanda and Pete xxx

        I had a problem with securing clamps in a fixed rail in my vehicle and was expecting to have to have new rails installed. However Toby hall of Tms mobility at Bury St Edmunds recommend me to Sam at Ransomes in Ipswich. Within 5 minutes Tony worked out the problem and a solution enabling me to make the other clamps work. I am so enormously grateful to this company and cannot praise them enough. I can thoroughly trust them to work out and identify whats needed and to carry out the work.
