        My experience was a joy to behold. This store and your staff are the only reason that I come into Ipswich! I was served by the beautiful Alex who is such an asset to your store she was attentive and really cared about what I had to say, she also gave me some very good information about what to do with my current pieces!

        The staff couldnt have done more to help me and assist me. Great relaxed shopping experience where customer satisfaction comes first. Great shop with some fantastic pieces of jewellery. Absolutely recommend!

        I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at Carats for repairing a pair of earrings for me during my lunch - hour and not even charging me for it. I will definitely be popping back there on Monday to drop in a thank you donation to their charity box and some chocolates coming your way girls, bless you.
