Extremely unprofessional estate agents...sales staff (Chloe)decided they needed to visit the property three times to get photographs, then argue with you staff are rude including manager (Simon). This is what you get with some family run business extremely unprofessional...do yourself a favour and choose another agent that is professional and treat customers with respect before finding out the hardway.

Chelsey was absolutely brilliant helping us once our house had sold. We hit a few bumps in the road but she was so helpful in getting this sorted for us. We finally managed to complete and we are over the moon to be in a house we love thanks to her help.

We have no hesitation in recommending Palmer and Partners. Our initial contact was with Lucy Green who valued the property, Lucy was very professional and remained a valuable point of contact whenever we needed advice or reassurance. Our main dealings were with Lucy and Ollie who was also very supportive and kept us updated throughout the process and they both went that extra mile but the whole Palmer and Partners team were great.
