The KBB Centre

After numerous meetings with Hina my bathroom planner the job to update my bathroom and loo was booked in for 5th December 2023. Simon the fitter made an early start. The 2 rooms were completed in just over 2 weeks with Josh assisting Simon. The 2 rooms looked completely different and much more up to date. Much care was taken at each stage of the refitting . I am absolutely delighted with both the bathroom , with its walk-in shower, and new loo with a comfort height loo. KBB went over and above to bring me the bathroom of my dreams even though they didnt have much space to play with! I would certainly recommend KBB if youre thinking of updating your bathroom you will not be disappointed

Matthew is an excellent designer and project manager for kitchen refurbishment. We have a very disabled child and the team were able to manage sensitively around our needs by long range planning. We were kept informed of developments with electrical goods due to global supply issues. Tommy and Nathan did an excellent job of fitting our crown units and this work was planned seamlessly with various trades teams to plaster, paint and refit plumbing and electrics. The money spent on project management and design was well worth it as we would never have managed to coordinate such a big job around our complex family needs. We are very happy with our kitchen and the service provided.

KBB were recommended to us and they have been excellent from start to finish. We have been delighted with the service. From the outset Matthew Nicholson, who designed our kitchen and managed the project, showed knowledge and attention to detail which inspired confidence. Communication throughout was really good, with emails answered quickly and commitments being met. Everything happened when we were told it would. The fitters, Tommy and Nathan were equally brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and their work was first class. Most important, our Masterclass kitchen is just fantastic. Buying a kitchen is a very expensive business which carries a lot of stress and worry. You can only hope that the end product will excite you and justify the outlay. Ours absolutely does and I cannot recommend KBB too highly.
