Excellent Sales Service received this week by David Fisher who really went the extra mile to fulfill my purchase. David was very receptive and immediately set to work informing me every thing about the Little Mini Cooper I wanted to buy.He even drove it to me here in Kent!! Wow we were thrilled when it arrived on a Sunday morning. He is an amazing asset to you there at Inchcape Ipswich.I have had many dealings with dealers in my past with Brand New and used cars but this was on another level. Thankyou

I was looking for Mini Cooper S Countryman All4 for long time. Macey was very friendly and helpful. She arranged the video of the vehicle and images. As well as all questions were answered professionally. Also, the delivery driver is very nice and explained all about the vehicle to me (but I forgot to ask his name.....). I am very happy about the service, thank you Inchcape Ipswich MINI!

Okay, here's my experience with the serving dept. "Hi, I have a Mini Cooper S, and I'd like a supercharger service please" "There's no such thing?!" "Errr, there most definitely is. Do you sell mini S there?" "Yes we do" "But you don't even know, in a BMW servicing centre, how to service one of most essential parts? In fact firstly you said "there's no such thing" Then, "no, we don't do stuff like that here!" You sell so many Mini S lines. How can you bot know how to service one of the key parts of that car???? I'm blown away that the manufacturers to sales do not know how to service that part. It's no different to a turbo. If that needed a service. But firstly I was kind of laughed at and told "there's no such thing!" Then when I told her that there most definitely was a supercharger service. There's 200ml of oil in that thing in 2 places. Yet, a BMW garage selling these cars off the forecourt hadn't even heard of this pretty simple serviceable and extremely important part of the car. Without a supercharger, you'd be driving the heaviest, slowest POS around that ever existed. And I'm not really willing to pay the 1500 to have another one fitted (probably 2nd hand) So I'll go to some other mechanic who actually knows that there's a supercharger strapped to the engine in every mini they sell with an "S" on the side, yet they're clueless when it comes to that "S" So I'd beware tbh. I'm not a mechanic, and I don't sell supercharged minis, but even I know there's a service for it.
