Medi-Plinth

Horrendous customer Service! I purchased the Podiatry chair for my clinic. They advised me it would be 6 weeks for delivery, but in reality it was 8 weeks with no notification of the delay. When it was delivered I wasn't present as they didn't contact me to tell me of the delivery. Therefore I had no demonstration of the chair, a service which I'd paid for and I spent a whole day in clinic with one of the foot rests stuck in the elevated position. Also nowhere on the site does it say the foot rests only fold to 85 degrees, this makes it very difficult to soak people's feet and for certain clients to exit the chair. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company or the Podiatry chair to other Podiatrists.

I ordered a two section couch which arrived last week. They guided me as to the more appropriate couch for my needs and what arrived is a wonderful, strong and well made treatment couch. Delivery had to be very specific as it's a busy clinic, delivery was at the agreed time, the process was very smooth. I am extremely happy with my sturdy couch and anticipate it will last a long time. I highly recommend this company and will turn to them again when I need another couch.

They can't be beat! We needed a treatment plinth in a hurry. Medi-Plinth pulled out all the stops to get it to us urgently - I am talking a few days - not weeks like their competitors. Also, they went the extra mile and discussed with me at length ways of adapting my 3 section plinth for chiropody use and massage use. The result? I am delighted! The best bit - they were the most competitive by far. This company's customer service, delivery service and customer service should win an award. Thank you Medi-Plinth!
