Munchies Meal Prep

I wish I could give more stars!!!! Excellent very friendly service from Mr Munchie!! The food is exceptional and perfect for my health & fitness drive I am currently on! I would highly recommend the service! Fresh food NOT frozen s**t like these others!!!! I will continue ordering from MunchiesIpswich and supporting the local cause! So far the Peri Peri is my favourite and I could eat the oatmeal breakfast pots all day long!! Big up Mr Munchie himself as he very efficient at what he does and he surely knows his stuff with the years of experience under his belt! I would highly recommend the service to anyone as you will not be disappointed!! If health isn't your thing then check out the pies OHHH LORD!!

Really enjoyed the meals (I had peri peri chicken with rice, broccoli & mangetout) - tasty, healthy and really easy. Would recommend.

Munchies is definitely the way to go for meal preps in Ipswich! A variety of excellent well prepared meals packed with flavour and nutrients. With deliveries twice a week you can't go wrong, still tastes fresh!

I have tried many Meal Prep services before, but I think I've finally found the best one so far. The fact that I don't have to freeze my food, because my order gets delivered twice during the week is one of the main benefits and why I'll be sticking around with Munchies for a good while

Service and food both incredible. Had 2 deliveries so far, communication has been great, deliveries have been contactless and on time. The food is excellent, well balanced, healthy tasty meals that are very filling. Also they allow you to customize your meal so you can pick your protein, carb and veggies!! My wife works evenings and this has been absolutely perfect for us on those nights, no prep time, no wastage. 10/10
