Tom got me through a difficult period when I suffered a lot of pain and tightness in my hips and legs. It was making it impossible to get back to cycling. After taking a detailed history and doing multiple movement tests he quickly found the tight and overworked muscles. Working through the problem areas and giving me extensive resistance exercises to do at home he helped me get the muscles functioning again with, at times, just mild discomfort. And I am now on a cycling holiday.

I was training for a marathon, but suffered from pain in my knee which was completely preventing me from running. I booked a consultation with Tom. Following a detailed assessment, he successfully diagnosed my issue and through sessions, follow up exerices, and several supportive and welcome texts, successfully resolved my issue. Yesterday, I ran the marathon I trained for and in a time I was pleased with. When only 8 weeks ago, I thought I was not going to make the start-line. Thank you Tom.
