Very happy with HAWKE UK, I've had a few scopes from them over the last 10 years, very high quality scopes at an affordable price! Recently I had a problem with one of my scopes, I then realised it has lifetime warranty, I contacted Hawke UK who gave me an RMA number to return for repair, Royal Snail took 6 days to deliver a NEXT DAY parcel! but Hawke received my scope and kept me updated via email, I was sent a NEW scope, this was delivered two days after my scope had been received by Hawke UK, absolutely top Customer Service, I will buy again and can't recommend them enough. Thank You Jason Larkin

User of Hawke binoculars 8x32 Endurance The client service is outstanding ! even though I had some minor issues with my binoculars, they have been very helpful and responsive, and have always worked at ensuring that I could use my binoculars. I highly recommend this brand. Special thanks to Mark who does customer relation for France

I've owned 8 different Hawke products over a 15 year period, I've only had one issue in that time. After 5 years of hard daily use an entry level pair of compact binoculars developed a fault. After discussion with Alex at Hawke I'm stunned and delighted with the level of customer service and support provided. I find Hawke products are always towards the top of the list at any given price point, but the fundamental differentiation is that if there is ever a warranty issue, with Hawke I know they have my back. Suffice to say I'll remain a loyal disciple of the brand.

I purchased a brand new pair of Hawke binoculars via The Birder's Store. They were faulty and I was obliged to return them direct to Hawke UK for repair. The repair was carried out very swiftly and efficiently and the binoculars returned within days. However, contrary to UK consumer law, Hawke refused to refund my return postage. Thankfully The Birder's Store are far more consumer friendly and refunded my costs as a gesture of goodwill.
