Extremely helpful and professional outfit. Always at the end of the phone for advice and support even out of hours. Even New Years Eve 2020 were able to support and ensured that they would have someone in the office awaiting our courier to collect a new spare unit. Over the last 18 months Sean, the technical sales manager, has gone above and beyond and visited our site numerous times for support. I can't thank him and the team at FactAir enough.

I have been dealing with Factair for a number of years and have always found them to be reliable, helpful and efficient, attributes that sadly not many companies can offer these days. We have an arrangement for Factair to attend on a monthly a basis, to carry out safe air testing on our BA equipment. The Managing Director James Coleman who is always prompt and polite carries out our testing on his way into his office, hes never missed a visit and I wonder if he ever has a holiday. Its a professional outfit offering a good service at competitive prices employing competent engineers. I would certainly recommend using Factair.
