Ordered item on 27th nov, for 2 day delivery. Wasnt shipped until 1st dec.. 4 working days later. Now 2 weeks since shipped, 2 weeks and 4 days after ordered, it still hasnt arrived. In fact tracking hasnt even shown any movement. So i asked for a refund and they tell me they need the item back first?! The item they havent delivered. It is in their own T and C's, 2.3 and 3.3, that they will update customers if unable to meet delivery deadline, and refund. Really unethical service, to refuse a refund...when they have my money for goods that they have failed to deliver in 7 times the delivery time frame! Your response Very sarcastic. Considering you give option of 48hour delivery, i ordered over 3 weeks before Xmas, i requested refund after waiting over two weeks and the item still hasnt arrived after longer than that. so no need for poor excuses, ehich actually are not even accurate. I also have several ignored email requests for a refund and three replies saying i need to wai longer, or that you will only issue a refund once you have the item returned to you. Finally...you only issued a refund after i looked up your T and C s and quoted them to your customer service, and threatened further action of not uoheld immeditaely. So be honest. when you have messed up, apologise and refund. Yes shipping delays...but this is beyond delay... If you take someones money, YOU are respinsible for providing the goods. not defensive, unprofessional excuses. Furthermore, your comoany terms and conditions, 2.3 and 3.3 promise to update customers if you cant uphold delivery and refund. You didnt update me, or even reply...and you then DID refuse my several requests for a refund. I have the proof. Finally, we are extremely different types of human. so please dont insinuate that i, like you, am the type to go back on my word. I am not going to get any reward for this hassle or 'enjoy the item' its a kids water bottle for a birthday that has passed. as you well know from my emails.. as mentioned in all the emails that you ignored...i will be returning this item to you, it it arrives...as long as you pay your postage to have it sent. Absolutely offended at the poor service, lack of responsibility and refusal to accept your mistake and apologise. Your response is shameful. It speaks volumes to your character...and you have willingly declared this to the nation. My sympathy to you.

4th time working with Star Editions. They print my trading cards / art prints and they're of fantastic quality... Very helpful and friendly business. I'm a customer for life! Highly Recommended!

It's my first time working with Star Editions, I couldn't ask for a more professional company to work with. Will & the team provided help along the way for my designs to be on blankets & cushions. The items arrived quickly via DHL. The quality of the products and printing is superb. Using them again soon!
