        Ordered badges on 28th Sept for an exhibition in the USA. Delivery promised 12th Oct. They did not deliver and absolutely no communication. Gave them a second chance to deliver for a later event. Again failed to deliver despite their promises. Have been chasing a refund since 8th Nov with Klaudia Ostas and Susan Simpson. Received just 20% refund last week and now chasing again for the rest! They don't return phonecalls, don't deliver, don't keep their promises and don't refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ironic seeing as their parent company, Brady Corporation, have a brand tagline of "When performance matters most!" If performance matters to you, and you need your goods on time, without hassle, clearly this isn't the company to use!
