When I asked, Top Parcel said that it was, probably, a warehouse error. The parcel was delivered well packaged with no visible damage. When my opein it at home she discovered that a lot of things were stolen, cosmetics, coffee, shoes, everything was new and bought to her as a gift. I contacted the carrier, the answer was rude and no help was offered, they refuse to do simple investigation. I even not ask about compensation .
