I had various issues with windows not closing, jammed handles etc, contacted David who gave an initial assessment over the after sending some photos through. Fitted me in within a few working days. Arrived today, viewed the issues and and resolved them in one visit. Clearly understands the issues and how to deal with them. Very surprised I was fitted in so quickly. Really happy with the service, couldnt recommend enough
