I had a terrible experience at a different dealership from Lexus for a different manufacturer, as I was looking to test drive a vehicle for company car purposes. The particular salesman was not interested and was rude about that because it was a company car and he saw little financial reward in helping me out. Tony at Lexus was the polar opposite. Happy to help. No pressure applied. More than willing to talk to me about everything. Sorted out a test drive for me with no fuss. I have decided to go with the Lexus and asked the Broker to see if they could contact Lexus Ipswich off the back of it, given Tony's help, but alas they can't. As it is, Lexus Ipswich will be my local dealer and left me more than confident that I will be in capable hands going forward. Thanks Tony.

Edit: Corrected to 4/5 Stars - Lexus are eager to assist. Corrected to 5/5 Stars - Lexus Service continue to meet my Customer Requirements. The good: Used car purchasing process was straight forward. Phillip and staff was very accomodating and courteous to my family and myself. CT200h recieved full service, MOT and in running condition. The steering wheel's wear and tear shown in video was refurbished/treated to look like new. Lexus provided complimentary full fuel tank and applied Supagard coating for exterior and interior protection. Points of improvement: There are multiple points where the details of the car could've been taken care of better by the dealership. A lot of these points was visible in the personalised video but not addressed. To my inconvenience I have to spend additional time and money to perform detailing and deeper servicing. 1) Interior trim still held makeup residue from previous owner, sweat marks, mud, animal scratches and sticky drink residue close to the USB ports on the centre console. 2) Algae growth between the boot door gap by the roof 3) Algae growth on each window panel by the rubber seals. 4) The spare space saving wheel was clearly used by previous owner and left uncleaned. As a result a significant mess remains in the lower boot. 5) Unsure if Lexus' full service includes carbon cleaning the intake, engine and EGR system for additional reliability. Despite already having an OEM front-view dash cam installed to the car's windscreen, as shown in the personalised video, I was quoted to pay full price for a new front & rear-view dash cam. The inclusion of the dash cam originally installed should have knocked the price down for the new front & rear-view dash cam; or at least provided a point of leverage to negotiate the car price to come down. I am happy to revise my rating from 3 star to 5 and I would love to continue to conduct business with Lexus Ipswich in the future but the issues listed above needs to be addressed by the dealership first.

We visited Lexus Ipswich just over a month ago and from the minute you walk into the dealership you are warmly welcomed. John Johnson (JJ) looked after us and he couldnt have been more helpful but all the staff are lovely and very welcoming. We wanted to buy a used Lexus and we ended up with a 2019 NX 300h Sport with only 12k miles on it. JJ put together a very attractive deal which we went for and have no regrets. It is a beautiful car. Absolutely immaculate and were very happy with it. Thank you very much Lexus Ipswich.
