        We used Andy Jacobs about 30 years ago, we trusted him then and had brilliant service then, well nothing has changed. We have had first rate service from all the staff, great communication and clear and reasonable pricing. If we needed a conveyancer in the future we just wouldn't go anywhere else. We will be recommending Andy Jacobs to our friends and anyone that asks. First class all round and sincere thanks to all.

        I used this firm almost 5 years ago and I cant praise them enough. If I could give them 100 stars I would. They were highly professional. I could ask them anything and they would answer it straightaway or find out for me. They dealt with everything when I was buying my flat, even the smallest things like did I want the blinds. They kept me updated at every stage. Brilliant! Due to the pandemic, I chose a conveyancing firm, within walking distance from my home. This was so that I could easily drop off signed papers if I needed to. Huge mistake. I should have gone with Andrew Jacobs even though they are around 15-20mins drive away. Next time, I will definitely go with this firm. W Charles-Davenport
