Unbelievably poor service in every aspect. JK Winton is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Rude, arrogant and seemingly unable to perform simple tasks. Communication is totally lacking, I've been chasing a probate payment for over 3 months - a simple banking transaction and I have been constantly fed excuses as to why it hasn't been done (and only after I call him as he seems unable to utilise telephones or emails). He's threatened to put the phone down on me and badmouthed other interested parties - just a thoroughly unpleasant person and poor service provider. A Formal complaint has been made and relevant authorities notified regarding his conduct. Please heed this information and avoid at all costs.
