I was recommended to contact Clements Solicitors. After my initial consultation I was told I had more than a 50% chance of success. They agreed to take my claim on a no win no fee arrangement. Tom Clements spoke to me to discuss the claim further. Tom was very professional and genuinely seemed to want to get me the result that I deserved. Terry who was my main solicitor was absolutely fantastic in his communication and was with me at every step before the final hearing. The delays for tribunal hearings as a result of the pandemic caused my case to only be finally heard after 2 and half years. During this time these guys have provided me a great level of support and encouragement in the prospects of success of my claim. My employer had no appetite to settle so I fought up the final hearing. The costs of employing a barrister was just not feasible for me so I represented myself. This was tough as this was not only my first time at a tribunal hearing but I was on my own and my ex employer used a very well know firm to represent them. This obviously gave them an advantage with knowledge of employment law and how to lead a witness in cross examination. I did not get the decision at the tribunal however my claim was worth fighting. Even though I didnt win my claim, I would 100% recommend using Clements solicitors as their reviews are a true reflection of the firm. I have found cements solicitors very helpful throughout my case, they have helped me through my stressful time, took all my worries on their hands. I am ever so grateful for their support. I have been using Clements since July 22 and have been dealing with a lady called Gabrielle Morris. She has been fantastic all through this time i can't fault her in the slightest, she has been so helpful and a pleasure to talk to when i've had to call in for advice. Would definitely recommend Clements Solicitors and Gabrielle to deal with if possible.
