BeDot are highly knowledgeable on all things website and web server related. Working as an outsourced part of our marketing team, the brief we provide is always understood and where needed, added to using their knowledge of websites and servers. One area I never fully appreciated, was the complexity of the server setup and the impact this has on website performance. They had no problem explaining to me, why were optimising the website in a certain way and how we can ensure the technical elements perform as successfully as possible. Whenever I need a hand fixing something that is beyond my control internally, they are there to lend a hand and often at a much better price than the competition. We really value their contribution to our business and would recommend them to anybody looking to improve their website performance.

I have no hesitation to recommend Bedot Media, whatever your requirements. I'm used to working with cPanel and Domains but the support levels from Bedot Media are great. At every stage of migration and new projects Bedot Media support has been there ready to help. Currently I have 6 Domains and lots of domain alias and a few sub-domains. I've never had a problem that Bedot Medias top class support hasn't been able to sort out or point me in the right direction of the solution. The personalised touch of Bedot Media is that you feel like a valued customer with all of the support and help provided and treated appropriately. Whatever your size, requirements or web/hosting skills levels, Bedot Media will have you covered.

Bedot Media have hosted my website for several years now, any problems with the site or email connectivity are sorted very effectively by Robert and his team. Robert is a pleasure to deal with, very patient, as IT is not particularly my strong point, he makes things sound straightforward and simple. knowing I have the backing of a truly professional team and only an email click away is very reassuring. I would certainly recommend BeDot Media to anyone looking for a great website, great backup, and great customer service from a team who are very professional and customer lead.
