AXA Insurance

As a member of staff of AXA I have to say they've been a pretty impressive company, they have a great attitude towards new employees and are forgiving of mistakes In the way you'd want a person to be, they are interested in fixing the problem at its root. The work environment is overwhelmingly positive and all staff are extremely friendly. The training takes a while but the job is pretty nice and relaxed overall. Atmosphere is great and definitely an excellent place to work.

Worst experience so far. Went on holidays and had some problems with health which ended up few times in hospital. Once we back we uploaded all invoices and etc and its already 4 months with no answers. Every time i call them they tells me that there is some medical history problems and someone will get in touch with me. I heard that already 4 times, no one called me, no one emailed me, nothing. I really disapointent that havent checked other people experiences before buying it. So just be aware, that it is impossible to claim your money back, they just tells you what you want to hear it over the phone and at the end of the day nothing will be sorted.
