        I have been using Orwell Insurance for the last 4 years and have always found them helpful and efficient, responding promptly to all my queries. I recently had to cancel a policy and received a refund within 10 minutes of sending my email....impressive!

        They dont tell you on the phone about admin fees if you cancel in the cooling off period. I had to cancel the policy after taking it out the next day and was charged 35. After numerous emails complaining they wouldnt refund my money.
