We order around once a week for our weekly takeaway as we love it so much. However the service from the restaurant is abysmal. Considering how loyal we are, it is appalling. The amount of times the order has been incorrect or late is a joke. However because we love it so much we let it slide each time and continue to order. This time we waited 1 hour 30 minutes to only be missing a rice! When calling the restaurant there was no apology and a simple
do you want us to send it out well of course, we shouldn't have to collect it! Extremely disappointed and you have lost loyal customers
