Visited the dealership. Met Matt who guided us towards everything we wanted and was sincere and truly helpful throughout. We have now collected a car beyond what we expected. Would recommend Matt and the team to family, friends and anyone else we know

My mother put a deposit down on a brand new Kona around May 2022, was told to expect delivery around October 2022. October comes and goes and my mum hears nothing from anyone. No courtesy call to advise theres a delay or when to now expect delivery of her new vehicle. Between May 2022 and October 2022, Turner Motor Group is purchased by Endeavour. Though this has no material affect on the manufacture of her vehicle. Eventually after hearing nothing for several months and the delivery date for her vehicle coming and going, my mother enquires for an update. Informed that there are delays with manufacturing etc. my mother accepts this and continues to wait. Eventually, my mother purchases a vehicle elsewhere, as Endeavour were unable/unwilling to offer my mother an alternative, so she cancels her deal and is promised a refund for the deposit she paid. Staff at endeavour have strung my mother along for eight weeks, only now has she received her refund after informing them of her intention to leave a review detailing her experience. No explanation had been given by endeavour as to why they held on to a 56 year old ladies money for eight weeks at a time where the cost of living is through the roof, Im not even certain that shes received an apology. After eight weeks of delays, coupled with months of poor communication and no updates on the vehicle she ordered, nothing was offered in the form of a goodwill gesture. It seems from this experience that Endeavour do not have the best interests of their customers, particularly their loyal customers from the days of Turners, at the heart of their business practices. I myself am a customer of the former Turners Hyundai, though it is unlikely I will be continuing as a customer of endeavour after the way my mother was treated with such disrespect.
