Not great. Had two medical issues in the last few months, both times have been brushed-off by the GP who refuses to prescribe but also refuses to give referrals.

The reception staff at this practice is the worst that we can find. They discriminate against people by race and treat the patients the worst you can imagine. I don't recommend this Medical Practice to anyone.

Dr Greenhow, based at the Orchard Medical Practice in Ipswich, is the most exceptional GP practitioner that I have ever had the privilege to collaboratively explore my health with. He is impressively able to meaningfully discuss diagnostic and treatment options and the long term well-being strategies that take due account of both the relevant medical science and my particular take on my own being and all with an amazingly unpretentious, pragmatic, and empathetic professionalism. He absolutely deserves to have have his 'grass roots' and inspiring contribution to medicine publicly acknowledged. I remain immensely grateful for his practice.

Honestly if I could give negative stars I would! First and foremost the reception staff at this practice or whoever answers their calls needs to go on a customer service training course ASAP because the way they speak to patients is abismal!!! My local pharmacy has been requesting my routine prescription for years now but recently either the practice doesnt care about their patients or they are blatantly lying because they are not releasing the prescriptions so for 2 weeks now I am going backwards and forwards between the pharmacy and the GP and now the inevitable has happened, I have no medication left. Medication might I add, that I need to survive and yet the only response I got from the GP is there is nothing I can do I guess if a person collapses and dies in the middle of the street that is alright with them. Sort yourselves out really because if my condition worsens because of your lack of competence rest assured I will make sure everyone knows about this!
