The Ask my GP online service is a huge win and huge time saver, why physically go and see your GP when most of the time you could explain the problem via phone and just wait for a response. Keeps comfortable seclusion between you and your GP (Not explaining your problems to the receptionist) and removes unnecessary visits when the solution didn't need it. Annoyingly you can only put in requests to your GP when they are physically open which is odd so you need to still be within opening times which feels unnecessary. Otherwise would highly recommend.

If you want the worst surgery, this is the place to go. There is a decent one just around the corner, by the way. At Derby Road, you will meet with belligerent receptionists whose only goal in life is to deny you the medical care you need. You will be met with a confrontational receptionist, who will delve into your private matters before referring you to an online system that is usually online and and at best dysfunctional. I wouldn't even bother with this "practice", and I assume they call it that because they've still not got it right. There's another surgery around the corner that will actually care about you. I would not go to Derby Road if I needed it. The receptionists are witches.
