It was actually really nice. Great service, good food they said they can make any burger gluten free if you want it. A very good restaurant catering to most people's diet.

Seems that like most places now, they are more interested in deliveries than the customers in the restaurant. Food isn't great, the chicken is cheap and flavourless... Definitely will not be joining the congregation!

Don't deserve a star, ordered with them and didn't send the food or even bother to let me know it wasn't coming. Burger priest still waiting for divine intervention.

From the outside looking in I was initially excited to try the food at this establishment unfortunately the whole experience was an entire let down to be quite honest. I'll start off with a positive which is that the food was decently priced with both our burgers, loaded fries and drink costing 15.30 per head . But if I'm totally honest you'd more or less have just as enjoyable a meal at McDonalds (if not more enjoyable) for much less money. The beef burger I had was fairly bland and overcooked, you could easily find something similar at a supermarket and cook it yourself. Their bacon and toppings were nice enough, whilst the cheese and gravy for the loaded fries were nice the fries needed some more crunch to them to accommodate. Further to this there were only 2 other couples in the restaurant however our food took over half an hour to arrive, this seems to be a symptom of only two people seemingly taking orders and cooking which includes the online deliveries, this clearly seems to be a symptom of under staffing. They also didn't have any wings in stock which was disappointing but ok fine restaurants run out of stock and it was 8:30 on a Tuesday. In conclusion I'd do yourself a favour if you're looking for a gourmet burger and head to Byron in the buttermarket or love thy burger further down the road in town. Both may charge perhaps a little more but the quality you get is truly that of a gourmet burger joint, this place seems to have aiming for this place in the market but the quality of the food does not live up to this, disappointed and will not be going again.
