Popped in on the off chance of getting hair cut as my usual was fully booked .Sarah was great listened to my instructions and gave me a brilliant cut .feel like they could have been better with the finish as I was left to find my own coat and walk out with no thank you

Can't book colour unless you have a separate consultation appointment - This is what I was told while trying to book a colour appointment today. If that is indeed their policy then absolutely fine but I've seen people take last minute cancelled appointments on their Facebook so I was a little confused. I was mostly upset by the customer service - my anxiety was immediately triggered after being greeted with a rushed "have you booked?" instead of a hello or asking how they could help. Felt like an inconvenience from the start. I just wanted to have the colour patch test and book the colour appointment for a week or so but the lady just kept speaking over me arrogantly about their policies not letting me speak. Left on the edge of tears unfortunately. Would have emailed but can't find an email address on their website.
