From the minute you book through to having your appointment this is another level of service. The text booking system is highly advanced and comprehensive. I love the pre consultation appointment and how they really listen to what you are looking to achieve. Kathy is a very talented hair artist, her colouring and cutting technique is fantastic and so creative. The salon is immaculate and so friendly and a lovely place to go to pamper yourself. In terms of the colour package I received it was amazing and the cut and finish as equally as good. If you are looking for an on trend, sophisticated look this is the place for you. It's a great experience from beginning to end. I'm not ever kept waiting. The stylist reads how you're feeling and will pull back from chatting if you want to be quiet. She listens to what you want and gives advice if it's asked for. The cut is always good. I highly recommend this salon.
