Appalling service. There was a severe lack of communication (as in none for several months), no feedback on any of my work, no learning resources were provided (I ended up paying for my own), my email address was sent to over 20+ other contacts within WS Training that I did not consent to, and excuse after excuse was given for all of the cancelled/postponed meetings. Within 6 months of registering, I was withdrawn from WS Training and transferred to a different and more competent apprenticeship provider. I wish I had looked at the Ofsted reports before signing with them.

You need a little more time than at a normal hairdresser but the result is the same for a fraction of the costs

Unprofessional, lack of communication , teachers taking side s of students saying they did a good job when they actually messed up my partners hair royally and denied they had done bad job. And to top it off the bleached two items of my partners clothes including a very expensive bra it had soaked through into . And they made her pay full price. Receptionist rude I beileive her name is Claire , patronising and bias aswell. STEER CLEAR IF YOU WANT COLOUR , there is only one decent hairdresser there
