        I approached Beth at the salon for a hair colour consultation. I had had a reaction to hairdye at another non-related hair salon , and they were hesitant to try any more treatements there. However I had a detailed consultation with Beth who took time to understand the problem, and came up with a way to work with my sensitive scalp. Brilliant customer service, and going above and beyond to try and work with the problem. Thank you! Service: Hair coloring
