I was booked in for a 3 day training course with Jordan. After waiting 3 months I travelled 150 miles from Hampshire to ipswich, paid and booked for the 3 days hotel, turned up at the elemental locks to met with a closed sign on the door. I tried to call but the business line had been diverted. I waited thinking there was no way she would have just cancelled and not told me. She had my phone number and email address and i had heard nothing. Luckily Jordans landlord turned up and explained to me that she had been doing this to so many people. He called her and passed me the phone. At first she pretended she didn't know who i was, then said she had emailed me, which she hadn't and then hung up after i explained that i had travelled 150 miles for the course and cannot get a refund on the hotel. As well as fuel costs and my partner having to make the trip back and fourth, the cost of fuel and time off work that he lost out as well as so much other in costs. It was absolutely horrendous. I wish i had taken notice of all of the red flags on her business page and the complete lack of regard for so many clients and students which is show repeatedly through complaints regarding ignored emails and not showing up to appointments that's she has made herself. She also removed my review and blocked me from her Facebook page so others can`t see what she is doing. Please make sure to see for yourself on her Facebook reviews as its not just me who has gone through this or other horrendous treatment. I definitely do not recommend going to Jordan. There are plenty more places to get loctician training where you will be treated with respect and get what you pay for and at least have the teacher turn up for their own courses. Edit to Jordans reply Jordan i am aware that you have many excuses but i am quite shocked by the manipulation that you have used in your reply. 1. you had 4 months to let me know that you had cancelled so 5 minutes while you were feeling ok to call me is all it would have taken. 2. You told me on the phone after hanging up that there was only one other student who had cancelled on you so that was why you had rebooked and not many others as you state, which leads on to the 3rd. 3. You said there was only one other student but you are saying that all of the others received their cancelation email. I did check and i promise i had no email from you. 4. You did hang up on me, not the other way round. I was almost in tears trying to get an explanation as to why i had travelled over 150 miles to be met by a closed sign on your door and no response when calling so why would i hang up? I am not angry and was not angry. I was upset and reviews are there for this reason so others can share their experience with others and that is what i did. I would rather not hear from you again and just move on. Service: Dreadlocks

Had such a wonderful 3 days on the Professional Loctician Training course. Jordan was friendly ,relaxed and professional. Learning a new skill to start a new career felt enjoyable. I feel so much more confident that I can do this. I would highly recommend it.
