Our family Have used your services since my Grandad passed away in 1985 wen they were in Cauldwellhall road Ipswich ., my gran too, an uncle and my mother and father.Fabulous service each time .I sat with my dad many evenings for long time .they were very patient ..One evening I got there they had asked me wait few mins as they got my dad ready .some kind of issue so waited patiently in waiting room.They then ushered me through .sat with my dad for about an hour ..I came out .and I was told wat the issue was ..tgey told me roughly that they had to do a quick fix to my dad's shirt collar .marks on his shirt collar associated with processes with nature of their work .not their fault but they tried to make it not noticeable to me .while I was in with my dad ..they had to quickly make another white collar so I wouldn't see stains on his collar ..they didn't need to say anything ..must have been good .cause I hadnt noticed a anything.but they honest enough to tell me .have lots of respect for them for that .that's the service you get with them ..made the awful experience of having to see my father on that way more bearable and not as scary as some find the experience. Very professional and all care given in a very respectful way .

A superb service from everyone on the team at the Ipswich Chapel of Rest. Our loved one was there for almost two months and we cannot fault our dealings with all the staff during that time. The frontline staff are very caring and compassionate. The people who prepare the body are very skilled in making people look peaceful and presentable despite the length of time that passes before the coroner allows it. The team we had directing the funeral on the day was excellent - deeply respectful and professional. Can highly recommend the Coop funeral service.
