I HAVE CHECKED MY 3 CCTV CAMERAS BEFORE YOU RESPOND TO THIS
Driver turned up at 12:15pm and was there for less than two minutes. He took the pallet down the drive and turned it around and immediately took a photo of the undamaged side of the pallet and without letting my brother check for damage AS PER YOUR EMAILS SAY TO DO BEFORE SIGNING and he then marked it as signed for by ME which is completely false and can hold you as liable since I was not the signee and my brother was not given an opportunity to check the goods OR sign as caught on CCTV shows the driver taking a quick snap and then leaving immediately.
Clearly damaged in transit and you can see the damage on 2 out of 3 of my CCTV cameras.
Your lady on the phone was 100% USELESS and just wanted to pass the issue away and end the phonecall even though YOU were liable for the damage.
She tried to argue that there was someone in the photo that the driver took and I explained that he took the photo IMMEDIATELY after lowering the pallet but she was having none of it. Totally unprofessional. Luckily I have it on CCTV so she can argue all she likes.
The lady also actually said that "it was fine at our depot" which was a strange thing to say because it now shows that the driver either dropped something on it or something fell due to poor securing of goods or poor driving. Likely an agency driver.
I am appalled by your customer service on the phone and by your delivery service.
Embarrassing.
