        It was there when I needed it. Instructions easy to get to the vet. Great informative information and help with diagnosis from the vet. Out of hours consultation fee was far too high and disproportionate for the time of day I went I feel. I can understand a higher rate in the middle of the night.

        The vet who treated my dog was very very good, she explained in great detail what the problem was she asked lots of questions about my dogs habits and routines, and was able to then narrow down the causes of what the problem was. This then helped to know how to deal with problem and how to prevent it possibly happening again.

      image It was there when I needed it. Instructions easy to get to the vet. Great informative information and help with diagnosis from the vet.
