Gavin is superb and has done various works for me on our first home. The first and most major was an overhaul of the poorly designed electrics, bringing everything up to regs and re-wiring a very involving cable route from house to garage, replacing 2 distribution boards/consumer units, reworking some setups by installing in line protective devices to bring spurs up to code and installing cable management conduits. Apart from the electrics side, Gavin has strong general building knowledge and skills. Has installed new flooring and joists in our lean-to to replace the original rotten ones on a separate occasion. Throughout, everything from communication to workmanship and finish was professional with no corners cut. I'd wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone.
