I rang L&L off the back of some great reviews on Yell. Had to ring Luke four times just to catch him with his diary. Hard to believe that in 2020 they dont use an online diary to manage appointments on the fly. Made a booking, waited two weeks and no one turned up. When I challenged them I was told I had the dates wrong. Now, I have worked shifts for twenty years and always have to double/triple check appointments so I know -exactly- when the booking was for and had diarised it. I was advised I would have to wait another week or search for another electrician myself. This felt like the classic role reversal where the trade treats the customer like they are doing you a favour. They certainly werent overly concerned about losing new business or generating some repeat custom/loyalty. Luke was very pleasant on the phone, hence two stars, but my experience was frustrating and very wasteful of my time. I will generally stick to a tradesman if they are competent, professional and trustworthy. Keeping appointments is absolutely key so I cant recommend them. They may be very good when they show, but making appointments, booking admin and communication was really poor.
