So impressed with this company. So good to find an independent store that goes over and above customer service and satisfaction. Extremely helpful over the phone with advice on sorting new appliances need. Quick delivery and installation with two very professional and helpful fitters. 100% recommend. Will be using them when ever I need a new appliance or repairs in the future.

Very helpful with my wife's initial enquiry reference a Blomberg integrated washing machine. The two fitters did an excellent job which was followed up by a courtesy call the following day. Will check out Fast Forward first when we need a new appliance. Much more helpful and efficient than the big retailers.

I have had fantastic customer service from Fast Forward on both occasions I have used them. They were very helpful in sourcing replacement kitchen appliances for my elderly mother. Their advice was very good and the appliances were very good value. In addition the owner took particular care with the delivery and installation of the appliances, even going as far as to call my mother the day before, to confirm the time of delivery and the names of the installers. Excellent all round service.

Very impressed with the helpful information without pressure to purchase. Our dishwasher broke down Thursday noon and we had a new one delivered and fitted by Friday afternoon. That's what we call service. Thanks
