Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Their customer service team provides no service or help at all. Even before I was frustrated and annoyed, theyre the most unhelpful supplier Ive dealt with in my role. Wont be using them ever again. Management need to pull their finger out and have a look at that team

they have taken thousands of pounds by direct debit using false estimated readings . they have refused to return the money saying " they are investigating ' SINCE LAST OCT !!! . now issuing summons .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
