        Phone the company to enquire about a quotation to replace my up and over garage door with a electrical door, the response from the sales man, "can you send me some pictures to review before coming over for free site visit. " Asked for a site visit to provide quotation instead of me taking and sending pictures. Response "no need pictures first mate". Got the impression that as it was late in the day, salesman can't be bothered. Not impressed with customer care.
