Absolutely disgusted by this practice, Diane needs to find another job or be sacked, her attitude is vial and the nurses attitude isn't much better. I had an appointment at 10:10 for my baby son to have his vaccine, I arrived 10 minutes before so they had time to set up but instead of being attentive she just sat in her office until it got to 10:30 I had to then loose my patience once again with this doctors surgery and explain to them this is unacceptable. No one was waiting before me, no one was being seen, and the nurse was not busy. Diane then said "i will make you wait longer" i then started to record and asked her to repeat what she had just said which of course she didnt, Once i had got into the room the nurse then quickly shoved the needles in my baby sons legs 2 in each leg which started to bleed more than normal, placed plasters over and the blood continued to poor out she then said your done in the manner she was wanting me to get out and didnt care for hunters aftercare 20 minutes after his vacations his leg has stopped bleeding, irate to say the least about the level of professionalism they have. the first time me and my partner had been to this practice they had been rude and careless, from the moment my partner was pregnant and going there the first time, we was spoken to rudely by an older woman at reception and from then on it's been an absolute joke, I don't know how they are still operating or have the staff they have, I know many other people who share the same view, something seriously needs to be addressed at this surgery. Disgusting!
