Having not used a GP surgery for 5 years or so, I had an efficient experience back in October. The practice nurse who referred me to the hospital. She was lovely. Got referred to an out of hours doctor more recently. Unfortunately they seem to be out for lunch lately. Trying to get the results for important blood test result is proving to be mission impossible. The ask my GP app is closed all the time. The "new request" doesn't have the right options on it. Are they closing down? What's going on here? This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll be moving practice.

Only needed to get seen by my gp for a medical letter to leave for the army tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment just to be told to call back tomorrow as we are at full capacity or email them and someone will be in touch, even tried through ask my gp and been ignored for 2 days its disgusting when I did talk to a gp botched up the letter and tried to get a call back When I did get a call back ended up going through my whole medical case with the receptionist instead of a doctor, who decided to argue with me saying what was written was true like shes a doctor and know what shes on about when the previous receptionist agreed that the letter was badly written and need to be re done Missed my appeal date for the army now so cheers for that Definitely changing doctors these guys are useless
